this is Shank. He was one of those good cowey horses that anybody could ride and his rider, who's head I cut off, was one of the kindest people I have met. When we were young and wanted to ride with the cowboys he was always looking out for us.

Janie B- I drew this to Auction off at the Reichert Celebration to raise money for the Diabetes Foundation. My Grandmother was affected with Juvenile Diabetes. She never let that get her down, she was brave and she was strong. Her name was Janie. I didn't realize until after I had gotten the drawing done that this horse's name was Janie too. The people that bought the drawing were so generous and they donated the painting back to me, so I could keep it and remember my grandmother! Prints are available and a portion of all the proceeds from this print will be donated to the Diabetes Foundation.
